Our Chef: Olivier Degand

Olivier puts his talent and experience acquired since the age of 17 with the great names of French cuisine, at the service of an inventive, refined and tasty cuisine.

At times chef de partie, second chef and then chef de cuisine, Olivier has worked in prestigious establishments crowned by the Michelin and Gault & Millau guides: with Gérard Boyer in Reims (La Chaumière), Michel Guérard in Eugénie-les-Bains (Les Prés d'Eugénie), Jacques Maximin in Paris (Le Doyen) but also at the Elysée Palace.
