"Toques blanches Lyonnaises" Title of World Champion of Pâté-Croûte in 2016, Maître Restaurateur and Maître Cuisinier de France, Olivier puts his talent and experience acquired since the age of 17 with the great names of French cuisine, at the service of an inventive, refined and tasty cuisine. At times chef de partie, second chef and then chef de cuisine, Olivier has worked in prestigious establishments crowned by the Michelin and Gault & Millau guides: with Gérard Boyer in Reims (La Chaumière), Michel Guérard in Eugénie-les-Bains (Les Prés d'Eugénie), Jacques Maximin in Paris (Le Doyen) but also at the Elysée Palace.
At his table, you will have the pleasure of (re)discovering subtly revisited regional dishes. Dishes, between land and sea or lake and river, celebrating the beautiful regional soil according to the seasons. Dishes that Catherine, Olivier's wife and sommelier, will help you to accompany with the wines best suited to these delicate combinations of flavours.
